What age is this for?

The activities are designed for children aged 6–13 (Grade 1 to 7), with clear guidance on which ones suit younger and older children. However, if you have a 5-year-old/kindergartner who enjoys circle time, then they'll love most of the 'younger children' activities, too! Just give them a bit more time to master them 

Is this digital or printed?

This is a digital PDF resource you’ll receive immediately via email. You can view it on any device or print it out if you prefer.

Do I need any special materials?

No — these are mostly song, verse, and movement-based, using little or no equipment. Everything is clearly explained and easy to implement, and on the occasions where you might need extra materials, it's simple household items with a range of options provided. 


What if I can't read music?

No problem! All activities involving music also have links to the tune and actions on Youtube.
